    Dear Sir,

TDS is deductible at the time of payment of PF under section 192 A of the Income Tax Act 1961.

If form no. 15 H for Senior Citizens( 60 years and above) and Form no. 15 G for individuals having no taxable income.

Form no. 15 G and 15 H are self declarations and required to be submitted in duplicate.

If employee withdraws PF amount more than or equal to Rs. 30000 with less than 5 years service ,then, TDS will be deducted @ 10% if Form no. 15 G /15 H is not submitted provided PAN is submitted.TDS will be deducted at maximum marginal rate i.e. 34.608* if employee fails to submit PAN. It is advisable to obtain PAN.

Please download Form no. 15 G which is self explanatory and same which we give to banks etc. and problem in this may be intimated so that reply can be given
