Procedure for creating Endowment Fund

Please let me know the procedure for creating Endowment fund and related statutory / legal requirements to be followed / fulfilled by the NGO and the foreign and Indian donors.

    Ministry of Textile, Govt. of India,
    Govt. Computer Classs, Sewing Class Poor & handicaped person par kam karti hai

    Hello Uday Shankar,

    Sorry for delayed response. Endowment Funds is basically a term used in UK in context charitable entities. In India it can be equated with Corpus Fund, where generally income is used for activities, while integrity of corpus fund is maintained. Any withdrawal from corpus / endowment fund has to be based on donor instructions.
