Treatment of FCRA Fund received in Non FC Account

What happen when a NGO receives the FCRA amount in its NON FC accounts?

How it can be send back to the Donor ?

    Neeraj,

    Since funds have come in a Non-FCRA account (I presume due to some error), you should request your banker to transfer the funds back to the donor. You would need to fill certain forms declaring the purpose, etc. However this will all depend upon the cooperation of your banker. If the NGO has FCRA account, you could also request your banker to transfer the funds to the FCRA Account, however if the NGO does not have FCRA then there is no other option but to return the funds to the original donor.
