The three form of entities are chosen by promoters of NGOs according to their conveniences. From donor’s perspective, it looks for a good, experienced entity who can implement programmes in a proper & transparent manner. One sometimes argues that one form of entity is more transparent than other, this is rather relative argument. While no doubt a S.8 company has a better legal framework of transparency, since certain informations about it can be accessed from RoC web-site, however in today’s age (where websites of organisations are so easy & cheap to maintain), transparency is more dependent upon the values that management of an NGO follows.
