Form FC-6E Filing Issue – error encountered during Save & Next stage

Hi!

Facing an issue in filing of Form FC 6E for deletion and addition of directors.

Site says ‘Server Error’ when we click Save & Next, just before E-Sign. Form and details already saved.

Affidavits for the added directors uploaded already.

Please help.

    This appears to be a technical issue with the FCRA Online Services Portal, at the final stage of submission.
