Can an NGO continue to receive money under FCRA Renewal

I wanted to know if an NGO whose FCRA is under renewal, can they continue to receive FC money.

    Yes, funds can be rec’d till the date of FCRA expiry. After this date, funds cannot be rec’d, although funds rec’d before the date of expiry can continue to be used subsequently.

    Please note that you cannot receive the FC money if the registration has expired and you are awaiting the renewal.

    IF FCRA renewal is applied before expiry, they can receive the funds. If it has been expired, bank will not credit the funds to FCRA account
