Query-FC-6

Dear Friends,

Gretings from CWS!

This is with reference to FC-6:

In serial number 3:  “Purpose of FC funds received and utilized”, in the last column there is some information sought i.e. “Place with address of the specific activity”. I would like to know the extent of details that is expected to be provided in the column.

This is being asked specifcally in the context of CWS since we are operating in 5 states with around 120 networking partners.

    Dear Friends,
    This ” Place with address of specific activity” appears only in the paper return FC-6.
    If you file your return Online, this column does not exist.
