Large number of NGOs not filing FCRA Annual Return

Large number of NGOs are not filing Annual Return as per data released by FCRA Department. 18507 (FY 2009-10 : 16855) FCRA registeredNPOs have not filed their annual return for the financial year 2010-2011. Highest number of NPOs belong to Andhra Pradesh (2661) followed by Tamil Nadu (2317). State-wise list of NPOs given below:

    I am glad to write this to you and introducing our Organization, Rural Development Organization is a non-Profitable, Non-religious, Non Government Organization, registered in 1990, got Income Tax Exemption 12A, And also got registered under FCRA of 1976, has been striving hard for the Enlistment of the down-trodden and marginalized people of our state child development especially psychological research and mental health
    We are organizing several developmental Activities such as, sustaining the livelihoods of the disadvantaged through alternatives. Income generation Programmers, Primary Education to children, on tobacco control in guntur district ,Adult Education, Primary People affected , Disabled people Health care, roads safety, blind child’s programmers Emergency relief etc, since 21st years

      If I want to submit the return of 2009-2010 online now, is there any facility? Because in that link it shows the year 2011-2012 only. Please reply
