    Dear Premjit,

    Greetings from Hyderabad!

As per rule 17 of the FCRR, the following documents have to be submitted along with the FC-6 returns:

    1. Audited Income and Expenditure Account
    2. Audited Receipt and Payment Account
    3. Audited Balance Sheet
    4. Copy of the bank statement certified by the bank

Since the MoHA expects the NGOs to furnish the receipts and utilization of the FC funds, the interpretation is that the above documents should pertain to FC funds.

Generally organizations prepare the FC consolidated financial statements, NFC consolidated financial statements and consolidated statements (FC and NFC). The FC related documents have to be sent to MoHA along with the FC-6 returns.

    Thanks and regards,
